KAZAKİSTAN'IN HUBUBAT ÜRÜNLERİ İHRACATINDA KARŞILAŞTIRMALI ÜSTÜNLÜĞÜNÜN ÖLÇÜLMESİ

Abstract

Kazakistan dünyanın en önemli hububat ürünleri üretici ve ihracatçı ülkelerinden biridir. Hububat üretimi ülke ekonomisine önemli katkılar sağlamaktadır. Kazakistan yıllık 7-8 milyon ton hububat ürünleri ihraç etmektedir. Bu çalışma, 2001-2020 dönemi için Kazakistan'ın seçilmiş hububat ürünleri ihracatının küresel rekabet üstünlüğünü değerlendirmektedir. Kazakistan'ın hububat ihracatının karşılaştırmalı üstünlüğü Açıklanmış Karşılaştırmalı Üstünlükler (AKÜ) ve Açıklanmış Simetrik Karşılaştırmalı Üstünlükler (ASKÜ) indeksleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. 2001-2020 yılları arasında Kazakistan'ın hububat ürünleri ihracat verileri Birleşmiş Milletler COMTRADE istatistiklerinden toplanmıştır. Ampirik bulgular, söz konusu dönemde Kazakistan'ın özellikle buğday ve arpa ihracatında karşılaştırmalı ve rekabetçi bir üstünlüğe sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.
