NİŞANGÂHSIZ ATIŞ ANTRENMANLARININ FİZİKSEL STRES ALTINDA TABANCA ATIŞ SKORLARINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu
çalışma, polis adaylarına uygulanan nişangâhsız atış antrenmanlarının, fiziksel
stres altında tabanca atış skorlarına etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Çalışmaya, Polis Meslek Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören 20-23 yaş arasındaki
toplam 76 erkek katılmıştır. Fiziksel stres oluşumu için 20 metrelik bir parkurda
3 farklı egzersizin kombinesi kullanılmıştır. Atışlar, 7 metre mesafeden 3 sn
içinde 3 adet atış kuralı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin grup
içi analizinde İlişkili Örneklemler t-testi, gruplar arası analizinde İlişkisiz
Örneklemler t-testi istatistikî analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Antrenman grubu
atış skoru, bitirme süresi, maksimum ve ortalama KAH değişkenlerinde, antrenman
öncesi ile antrenman sonrası arasında anlamlı fark bulunurken (p<0.05),
kontrol grubunda anlamlı fark bulunamamıştır (p>0.05). Nişangâhsız atış
antrenmanları sonrası atış skorları, bitirme süreleri ve ortalama KAH
değişkenlerinde gruplar arasında anlamlı fark bulunurken (p<0.05), maksimum
KAH değişkeninde gruplar arasında anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır (p>0.05).
Araştırmanın bulgularına dayanarak, nişangâhsız atış antrenmanlarının fiziksel
stres altında ateşli tabanca skorlarını geliştirmek için önemli bir seçenek
olduğu görünmektedir. Fiziksel kapasite düzeyinde ve pratik atış becerilerinde
gözlemlenen iyileşmeler, fiziksel stres altında atış performansına katkı
sağlayabilir.
