SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR LOJİSTİKTE DÜNYA’NIN İKİ YENİ TRENDİ TERSİNE LOJİSTİK VE YEŞİL LOJİSTİK UYGULAMALARI: TÜRKİYE İÇİN STRATEJİLER

Year 2022, Volume: 13 Issue: 2, 9 - 37, 29.12.2022

Abstract

TWO NEW TRENDS IN SUSTAINABLE LOGISTICS IN THE WORLD REVERSE LOGISTICS AND GREEN LOGISTICS APPLICATIONS: STRATEGIES FOR TURKEY

Year 2022, Volume: 13 Issue: 2, 9 - 37, 29.12.2022

Abstract

It is very important to efficiently plan the forward and reverse flows of goods and services between production and consumption to meet the needs of customers. In such a process, the concept of logistics and the importance of sustainable logistics practices come to the fore more. Especially at the end of the century we are in, the application areas of green logistics and reverse logistics activities that will support sustainable logistics applications have started to increase rapidly. In this study, the importance of sustainable logistics has been expressed and green logistics and reverse logistics applications have been tried to be explained. In addition, some suggestions were made for Turkey. Turkey needs to encourage these practices at the government level by tying them to legal penalties and rules, and companies should know that these practices should not only be considered as an economic gain, but also a good opportunity to create an image.
