Girişimcilerin İş Kurma ve Geliştirme Faaliyetlerinin Sosyal Ağ Perspektifinde İncelenmesi: Yapı Müteahhitleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Sosyal ağlar girişimcilere, güç, bilgi, sermaye gibi kaynakların yanı sıra diğer ağlara ulaşma, fırsat yaratma, fırsatları fark etme ve değerlendirme imkanı sağlamakta, tavsiye alma, problem çözme konularında destek vermekte, itibar kazandırmaktadır. Böylece sosyal ağlar girişimci faaliyetlerini desteklemekte, ekonomik ve sosyal gelişime katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu amaçla çalışmada, Adana İli‟nde faaliyet gösteren 109 yapı müteahhidinin kurulum aşamasında, ilk beş yıllık süreçte ve günümüzde gerçekleştirdiği iş kurma ve geliştirme faaliyetlerinde sosyal ağların rolü incelenmiştir.
