Abstract

Teknolojinin akıl almaz gelişimi insanın içinde bulunduğu her alanda özellikle sağlık hizmeti sunumunda büyük rol oynamaktadır. Çalışmada teknoloji ile yer edinen uzaktan sağlık hizmeti sunumuna karşı bireylerdeki güven düzeyini belirleyen ölçek geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. 401 bireyden toplanan verilerin; açımlayıcı, doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ve güvenilirlik analizleri yapılarak 9 maddeli tek boyuttan oluşan ölçek yapısı elde edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda Cronbach’ın alfa değeri 0,939, faktör yükleri 0,70 in üzerinde, uyum indeks değerleri kabul edilebilir ve mükemmel uyum değerleri ile ölçek geçerlik kazanmış olup çalışmaya katılan bireylerin uzaktan sağlık hizmetine güven düzeyleri ölçek puan ortalaması 3,42±0,82 olarak bulunmuştur. Uzaktan Sağlık Hizmeti Sunumuna Güven Ölçeği 5’li Likert tipi ve 9 faktör tek boyut olarak son şeklini almıştır.

TRUST IN REMOTE HEALTH SERVICE DELIVERY: A SCALE DEVELOPMENT STUDY

Year 2023, Volume: 8 Issue: 3, 339 - 350, 29.10.2023

Abstract

The incredible development of technology plays a major role in every field where people are involved, especially in the provision of healthcare services. In the study, an attempt was made to develop a scale that determines the level of trust in individuals towards remote health service delivery that has gained ground with technology. Exploratory, confirmatory factor analyses and reliability analyses were conducted with the data collected from 401 individuals. As a result of these analyses, a 9-item scale structure consisting of a single dimension was obtained. The research was confirmed with the scale's Cronbach Alpha value of 0.939, factor loadings above 0.70, acceptable fit index values, and excellent fit values. The average scale score of the individuals participating in the study's confidence level in remote health services was found to be 3.42±0.82. The Confidence Scale in Remote Health Service Delivery took its final form as a 5-point Likert type and 9-factor single dimension.
