Yükselen Piyasa Ekonomileri Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract




Gelişmekte
olan ülkeler içerisinde ayrı bir konuma sahip olan ve yükselen piyasa ekonomisi
olarak isimlendirilen ülkeleri diğer ülkelerden ayıran bazı ekonomik ve sosyal
farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Uluslararası bazı kuruluşlar yükselen piyasa
ekonomisi ülkelerini kendi kriterlerine göre sınıflandırmaktadır. Bu kurumlar
farklı sayılarda ve farklı ülkeleri bu sınıflandırmada göstermekle birlikte
toplamda 36 ülke yükselen piyasa ekonomisi olarak nitelendirilmektedir.
Çalışmada dünya ekonomisinde yaşanan değişimle birlikte yükselen piyasa
ekonomilerini ön plana çıkartan olaylar ve bu ülkelerin sahip olduğu özellikler
ele alınmaktadır. Değerlendirmeler ise IMF tarafından yükselen piyasa ekonomisi
olarak nitelendirilen 23 ülke üzerinden 1995-2015 yılları arasındaki veriler
kullanılarak yapılmıştır.
