MUHASEBE İŞ İLANLARI BİZE NE ANLATIYOR?

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, muhasebe meslek adayları için iş ilanlarında listelenen temel becerileri incelemek ve muhasebe mezunlarının sahip olması gereken istihdam edilebilirlik becerilerine ilişkin bilgileri sunmaktır. Ayrıca, ilanların incelenmesi sonucunda ortaya çıkan işveren taleplerine göre yükseköğrenimde hangi uygulamaların yapılması gerektiğine yönelik çıkarımlarda ve önerilerde bulunmak hedeflenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, 3299 iş ilanı içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, muhasebe uzmanı pozisyonunda çalışacak adaylara daha fazla ihtiyaç olduğu, adaylarda çoğunlukla lisans mezuniyetinin arandığı, en fazla talep edilen elektronik belge bilgisinin e-fatura olduğu ve en çok talep edilen muhasebe programı bilgisinin LOGO programı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, adaylarda en fazla aranan tecrübe şartının 0-1 yıl olduğu belirlenmiştir.

WHAT DO ACCOUNTING JOB ADVERTISEMENTS TELL US?

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the key skills listed in job postings for accountants and to provide information on employability skills that accounting graduates should possess. In addition, it is aimed to make inferences and suggestions regarding applications that ought to be made in higher education based on the demands of the employers upon examining the advertisements. Within the scope of the research, 3299 job postings were analyzed using the content analysis method and it has been determined that there is a greater need for candidates who will work in the position of accounting specialist. Undergraduate graduation is mostly sought for candidates, the most requested electronic document information is e-invoice, and the most requested accounting program information is LOGO. In addition, it has been determined that the most sought-after experience requirement for candidates is 0-1 years.
