PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYENİN DUYGUSAL BAĞLILIK ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNDE DUYGUSAL EMEĞİN ARACI ROLÜ: ÖĞRETMENLER ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, kaynakların korunması teorisi temel alınarak psikolojik sermayenin duygusal bağlılık üzerindeki etkisinde duygusal emeğin aracı rolü incelenmektedir. Buna bağlı olarak 392 öğretmenden kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda doğrulayıcı faktör analizi gerçekleştirilmiş, açıklanan ortalama varyans (AVE) değerleri, birleşik güvenirlik (CR) değerleri ve Cronbach Alfa Katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Değişkenler arası ilişkiler yapısal model ile test edilmiştir. Yapısal modelin kabul edilebilir düzeyde uyum değerlerine (X2/df=2,901, p<,001; RMSEA=,070; CFI=,929; NFI=,896; TLI=,925) sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Bulgular, psikolojik sermayenin duygusal bağlılığı pozitif yönde etkilediğini göstermiştir. Duygusal emek boyutlarından derinden rol yapmanın bu etki üzerinde kısmi aracı role sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma, önceki çalışmalarda bu üç değişken arasındaki ilişkilerin yeterince incelenmemiş olması nedeniyle önemlidir. Ayrıca, bu değişkenleri ve aralarındaki ilişkileri kaynakların korunması teorisi kapsamında değerlendirmesi açısından yazına katkı sağlamaktadır.
