OKULUN DİJİTAL YÖNETİMİ ÖLÇEĞİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ (ODYÖ) GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, okulun tüm boyutları ile dijital yönetimine ilişkin mevcut durumu belirlemeye elverişli, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla ilk aşamada, okulun ve okul yönetiminin dijitalleşmesi ile ilgili alanyazın taranmış ve alanyazına dayalı olarak kırk maddelik bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra hazırlanan maddeler eğitim yönetimi ve ölçme-değerlendirme alanlarında 10 uzmana gönderilmiştir. Uzmanların önerileri doğrultusunda yeniden düzenlenmiş olan 33 maddelik taslak ölçek Ankara ilindeki altı farklı ilçeden toplam 519 yönetici ve öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Okulun Dijital Yönetimi Ölçeği’nin (ODYÖ) yapı geçerliğini belirlemek amacıyla birinci çalışma grubu (170 katılımcı) ile Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) ve ikinci çalışma grubu ile (349 katılımcı) Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. Yapılan AFA sonucunda beş alt ölçek ‘’insan kaynağının yönetimi’’, ‘’okul toplum ilişkilerinin yönetimi’’ ‘’öğrenci işlerinin yönetimi’’ okul işletmesinin yönetimi’’ ve ‘’eğitim programlarının yönetimi’’ şeklinde isimlendirilmiştir. Beş alt ölçekten oluşan bu model DFA ile doğrulanmıştır. Ölçeğe ait Cronbach Alpha hesaplaması ise ölçeğin güvenilir bir veri toplama aracı olduğunu göstermiş ve tüm bu bulgulara dayalı olarak ODYÖ’nün, okulların dijital yönetim özelliklerini belirlemede elverişli, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
