KADIN KOOPERATİFLERİNİN BAŞARISINDA YÖNETSEL YETKİNLİĞİN ETKİLERİ: KARŞILAŞTIRMALI ÖRNEK OLAY ANALİZİ

Abstract

Yetkinlik kavramı yüksek performansı, düşük performanstan ayırt edici bilgi, beceri ve özellikler olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Diğer yandan yetkinlik, bir rol veya görevi yerine getirmede gözlemlenebilen ayırt edici davranışlar bütünü olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu tip bilgi, beceri ve özelliklerin yöneticiler tarafından yerine getirilmesi ise yönetsel yetkinlikler olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Türkiye’de kooperatif modeli uzun yıllardır katılımcı istihdam olanakları yaratmak, ürün veya hizmet sunmak ve ekonomiye katkı sağlamak için uygulanmaktadır. Kadın kooperatifleri ise ilk olarak 1999 yılında kurulmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı son yıllarda hızla artış gösteren kadın kooperatiflerinin başarısında yönetsel yetkinliğin etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada Aksaray İlinde bulunan 7 aktif kadın kooperatifi ile görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmeler sonucunda Sınırlı Sorumlu AKMEDSAN Medikal ve Tıbbi Ürünler Kadın Girişimi Üretim ve İşletme Kooperatifi örnek olay olarak incelenmiştir. İncelemeler sonucunda kooperatif başkanı ve kurucu üyelerinin yönetsel yetkinliklerinin kooperatifin başarısı üzerinde oldukça etkin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
