SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR KALKINMA HEDEFLERİNDEKİ ÖLÜMLÜLÜK GÖSTERGELERİNE GÖRE TÜRKİYEDE BÖLGESEL EŞİTSİZLİKLER
Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı, Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma
Hedeflerindeki ölümlülük göstergelerinde bölgesel eşitsizlikleri
değerlendirmektir. Çalışma ekolojik tipte ve referans yılı 2017'dir. Çalışmada
İstatistiki Bölge Birimleri Sınıflaması (İBBS) Düzey-1 kullanılmıştır.
Çalışmanın verisi TC Sağlık Bakanlığı Sağlık İstatistikleri Yıllığı 2017’den ve
TUIK'den alınmıştır. Çalışmada ölümlerin dağılımı (anne, yenidoğan, bebek ve
çocuk ölümlülüğü, trafik ölümleri,
intihar ve dolaşım sistemi, iyi ve kötü huylu tümörler, solunum sistemi
hastalıkları, endokrin, beslenme ve metabolizma hastalıkları, sinir sistemi ve
duyu organı hastalıkları, dışsal yaralanma nedenleri ve zehirlenme ölüm
oranları) Türkiye ve İBBS Düzey-1’de değerlendirilmiştir. Bölgesel
eşitsizlikleri göstermek için risk farkı (RF), risk oranı (RO), topluma
atfedilen risk (TAR) ve topluma atfedilen risk yüzdesi (TAR %) hesaplanmıştır.
Bu çalışma Türkiye’de ölümlükte belirgin bölgesel eşitsizlikler olduğunu
göstermiştir. Yenidoğan, bebek ve 5 yaş altı çocuk ölümlerinde en büyük risk
Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesindedir. Bölgesel eşitsizliklerin saptanması önemli
fırsat sunacaktır.
