Gebelerin Kişilik Özellikleri İle Doğum Sonrası Bebeklerinin Hijyenik Bakımlarına Hazır Oluşlukları Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract

Amaç: Çalışma gebelerin kişilik özellikleri ile doğum sonrası bebeklerinin hijyenik bakımlarına hazır oluşlukları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Yöntemler: Araştırma verileri, gebelerin demografik ve obstetrik bilgilerine yönelik Soru Formu, On Maddeli Kişilik Ölçeği (OMKÖ), Gebelerin Yenidoğanın Hijyenik Bakımına Hazır Oluş Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır.
Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılına 227 gebenin yaş ortalaması 29,11±6,05, gebelik haftası ortalaması 31,94±5,39 bulunmuştur. Pearson korelasyon analizi sonucunda, gebelerin yenidoğanın hijyenik bakımına hazır oluş ölçeği ile OMKÖ’nin dışa dönüklük alt boyutu arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p= 0,003; r=0,196).
Sonuç: Kişilik özelliklerinden dışa dönüklük ile yenidoğanın bakımına hazıroluşuk arasında pozitif yönde ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sağlık profesyonelleri, gebelerin kişilik özelliği analizinde özel ekipman veya teknikler kullanmadan pratik ve kolayca uygulanabilen ölçeklerden yararlanılabilir.
