Kitap, yazarların siyasi karar vericilere tavsiyeleriyle sona ermektedir.

Abstract

This book examines seven armed groups emerging in the MENA region as a case study and adds the term hybrid actors to the definition of non-state actors based on its findings. This book, authours ends with advices to political decision makers.
