ETİK LİDERLİK, İŞGÖREN SESSİZLİĞİ VE ÖZNEL İYİ OLUŞ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu
çalışma, etik liderliğin işgören sessizliğine ve işgörenlerin öznel iyi oluşuna
etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Süleyman
Demirel Üniversitesi'nde çalışan akademik personele toplamda 36 ifadeden oluşan
etik liderlik, işgören sessizliği ve öznel iyi oluş ölçeklerinin bulunduğu bir
anket uygulanmış ve 321 akademisyene ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan anket sonucunda elde
edilen veriler IBM SPSS 22 ve LISREL istatistiksel veri analizi programları
aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Veriler, LISREL programında tek bir havuzda
faktör analizine tabi tutulmuş ve soruların ait oldukları boyutlar altında
toplandığı tespit edilmiştir. Hipotezlere uygun olacak şekilde yapılan modelleme
yine LISREL programı vasıtasıyla incelenmiş ve etik liderliğin hem öznel iyi
oluşu hem de işgören sessizliğini kayda değer oranda etkilediğini ortaya
koymuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar bu alanda yapılan çalışmaları doğrular
nitelikte olup, etik liderlik ile işgören sessizliği arasında negatif bir
ilişki olduğunu, etik liderlik ile öznel iyi oluş arasında ise pozitif bir
ilişki olduğunu kanıtlamaktadır.
