ENDÜSTRİ 4.0’IN TEDARİK ZİNCİRİNE ETKİLERİNİN DEMATEL TEKNİĞİ İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Year 2024, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 17 - 30, 30.04.2024

Abstract

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTS OF INDUSTRY 4.0 ON THE SUPPLY CHAIN WITH DEMATEL TECHNIQUE

Year 2024, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 17 - 30, 30.04.2024

Abstract

In the increasingly digitalized world, with the increasing competition conditions, the digitalization of supply chains is inevitable and the industry is greatly affected by 4.0. Supply chains are undergoing major organizational, structural and technological changes. Supply chain processes are moving more and more to the digital environment every day. With the influence of Industry 4.0, digital transformation and smart systems in the supply chain make processes more transparent and efficient, facilitating coordination and compliance. In this study, it is aimed to determine the improvements made in the supply chain with digital transformation by considering industry 4.0 in terms of supply chain and to examine the intensity of the relationship between them. DEMATEL technique, which is one of the multi-criteria decision making methods, was used as an evaluation method. 10 factors were determined as evaluation criteria. As a result of the analysis of these factors, the factors that affect the others the most are cooperation and knowledge management, while the most affected cost and just-in-time production. However, the factors with the highest correlation with other criteria are transparency and communication.
