SANAL LOJİSTİK ORGANİZASYONLAR İÇİN KRİTİK BAŞARI FAKTÖRLERİ

Öz

Bu çalışma, “Sanal Lojistik Organizasyonlar İçin Kritik Başarı
Faktörleri” başlıklı yüksek lisans tezinin bir özeti olarak hazırlanmıştır.
Çalışmanın
amacı, sanal lojistik organizasyonlar için kritik başarı faktörlerinin
belirlenmesine esas teşkil edecek kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturmak ve bu tip
yapılar için kritik başarı faktörleri belirlemektir. Kritik başarı faktörü
(KBF) kavramı yeni değildir ve çok geniş bir literatürü vardır. Ayrıca,
lojistik fonksiyonlar ile sanal yapılarda kritik başarı faktörleri konusunda da
literatür de çok sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Ancak, lojistik sektördeki yapılanmalarda
geçerli olabilecek kritik başarı faktörleri konusunda yeterince çalışma
olmadığı görülmektedir. Çalışmanın önemi, literatür deki bu eksikliğe bir katkı
sağlama çabasından kaynaklanmaktadır.
Bu
araştırma betimleyici bir çalışmadır.Kavramsal çerçeve için, organizasyonun ağ
yapıdaki konumu, organizasyonun yapısı, bağımlılıkların yönetilmesi gereği ve
lojistik sorunların etkin ve verimli bir şekilde çözümü olmak üzere dört
boyutlu bir yapı oluşturulmuştur. Bu yapıya bağlı olarak, her boyut ve alt
boyutlarıyla ilgili olabileceği değerlendirilen KBF’ler belirlenmiştir. Bu
KBF’ler, esneklik ve uyum yeteneği, iletişim, takım çalışması, koordinasyon ve
düşük maliyet gibi faktörleri kapsayan geniş bir yelpazede yer almaktadır.
