Manuscripts sent to our journal are first evaluated by the Editorial Board in terms of compliance with journal principles. Manuscripts that are not covered by the journal or that do not comply with a scientific writing format in terms of content and form are rejected or some changes may be requested without starting the refereeing process.
Academic impartiality and scientific quality are the most important criteria in the evaluation of articles submitted for publication.
The articles whose peer-review process is completed will be published in the first issue without waiting.
Our journal does not charge any fee from the authors under the publication fee, evaluation fee or printing fee. No subscription fee is required for accessing electronic articles published from any institution, library or reader.
Our journal necessitates a uniform and complete page layout and printing format in accordance with the formal integrity and layout of the articles accepted for publication. In this context, the bibliography arrangement, page layout and typesetting of the completed works are carried out by a company approved by the editorial board.
The material responsibility of the layout, typesetting, citation and citation control and other arrangements of all works accepted for publication as a result of the evaluation process belongs to the authors.
Authors should submit their articles via ULAKBİM Journal Systems (UDS). Article applications are not accepted by e-mail.
