Pozitif Psikolojik Sermayenin İş Tatmini İle İlişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, çalışanların sahip oldukları pozitif psikolojik sermaye ile iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, makine sektöründe faaliyet gösteren köklü bir kamu kuruluşunda toplam 450 çalışan üzerinde bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda psikolojik sermaye ve bileşenleri ile iş tatmini arasında anlamlı ve pozitif ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte psikolojik sermaye ölçeğinin iş tatminini belirlemede, dört bileşenine nazaran, açıklayıcılık düzeyi daha yüksek bir faktör olduğu; elde edilen bu bulguların başka araştırma sonuçlarını destekler nitelikte olduğu belirlenmiştir
