Open Access Policy
Süleyman Demirel University Journal of Human Resources Management is an open access journal.
According to the Budapest Declaration on Open Access, open access means that "scientific literature can be accessed, read, saved, copied, printed, scanned, linked to the full text, indexed, exported as data to software, and used for any lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers through the Internet". The restriction on reproduction-distribution and the role of copyright in this area should be given to authors to control the integrity of their own work, so that it can be properly recognized and cited.
